Tapanuli Utara Regency Economy in 2024 Increases by 4.77 Percent

Abstract

The economy of Tapanuli Utara in 2024 will increase by 4.77 percent. It has increased compared to 2023 by 4.75 percent.
Based on the production approach, the highest growth in business fields was achieved by the accommodation and food and beverage provision business field at 9.66 percent, followed by the government administration, defense and mandatory social security business field at 7.89 percent, and the wholesale and retail trade business field; car and motorcycle repairs at 7.76 percent.
The three business fields that play a dominant role in the GRDP of Tapanuli Utara Regency according to business fields in 2024 are: agriculture, forestry and fisheries business fields at 44.85 percent; wholesale and retail trade, car and motorcycle repairs at 16.29 percent; and the construction business field at 13.89 percent.
